Fog Run to be held to benefit victims of crime

The Victim Witness Auxiliary Board, along with the Kern County Probation Department, are sponsoring this year's 24th Annual 5K and 10K "Fog Run" event at 9 a.m. Jan. 12 at Lake Ming.
The event is open to the public, with all proceeds benefitting crime victims in Kern County.
The deadline for early registration is Dec. 28, and race day registration will begin at 7 a.m. Participants will receive a T-shirt and raffle ticket, and food will be provided.
