By The Bakersfield Californian
An e-book version of "Bakersfield's Best Dining of 2012" by Californian restaurant reviewer Pete Tittl is now available for Kindle readers.
The 54-page e-book includes 39 color photos and Tittl's thoughts and recommendations on Bakersfield's diverse dining scene.
All for only 99 cents.
Tittl has been the Californian's restaurant reviewer since 1980. In his latest annual roundup, Tittl highlights local trends; offers recommendations for fine dining, casual, specialty dishes, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, burgers, sandwiches, fried chicken, brunch, pizza, Basque, breakfast, new restaurants, "best-kept secrets;" and laments the passing of 11 well-known spots that didn't survive the year.
