Monster job section launches
By BdotCOM
It's been about six months since Monster.com purchased Yahoo HotJobs, our online recruitment partner for the last few years. Since early fall, our recruitment section has carried a HotJobs by Monster brand as we worked on a transition to Monster's software. As of this weekend, we have completed that migration. It's all Monster moving forward.
What's that mean for you?
If you're a job seeker, it means access to twice as many local jobs -- more than any other local site, as well as a deep library of recruitment advice, interviewing tips and resume tools.
If you're a recruiter, it means access to the world's most extensive resume database, powerful candidate-matching tools and more eyeballs on your job listing. We've been the dominant local website in Kern County for years but Monster's reach adds a global audience of 46 million.
We encourage you to check out our new jobs site, which more than 1,600 Bakersfield-area jobs.
