You gotta love some of the creativity you find in Bakersfield, and this trio of guys came up with an amusing parody of one of the gold rush reality shows on cable TV -- we believe there are two now.
These guys took a metal detector, a scoop and some muscle into the bottom of the Kern River bed to find treasures galore.
