Californian Radio: What to do about those resolutions
By Robert Price
Editorial Page Editor Robert Price is the host on "Californian Radio" Tuesday.
He'll discuss New Year's Resolutions and why they're so difficult to keep.
They always seem so doable on Dec. 31, when everyone's upbeat and you're on the brink of a fresh new year: You confidently proclaim that this is the year you will shed those pounds, or get in shape, or start sticking to a budget.
But when it comes to making lasting positive change, New Year's Resolutions have a lousy track record. Price has the answer: Don't make resolutions. Join him and assorted guests to talk about the futility of resolutions and other holiday topics.
The show airs from 9 to 10 a.m. on KERN radio 1180 AM.
