DR. JARED GIANQUINTO has opened an orthodontics practice in Bakersfield. Gianquinto, a Bakersfield native and graduate of Garces Memorial High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry at the University of New Mexico and a dental degree, master’s degree in oral biology and postgraduate certificate at Temple University in Philadelphia. He received additional training at Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. As a dental officer in the U.S. Navy, he completed a residency and received various certifications at Naval Medical Center in San Diego. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Ken County Dental Society.
