STEPS Inc. has announced its 2013 executive board. The nonprofit driving-under-the-influence school was developed by Westchester Kiwanis.
The president is MAUREEN BUSCHER-DANG, of Buscher & Associates Marketing & Public Relations. The vice president is DON VEREEN, a pastor, past lieutenant governor of Kiwanis and former board member of the Bakersfield City School District. DON FOWLER, a retired division administrator for Kern County Superintendent of Schools and past president of Kiwanis, is treasurer. PAUL WELLER, past president of Kiwanis, is secretary. STEPS’ past president is GERALD OLDFIELD, an estate planning and family law lawyer.
