PATRICIA MARQUEZ is Kern Economic Development Corp.’s new program manager and foundation liaison. She previously served as KEDC’s marketing and communications specialist and has been with KEDC since 2006. Marquez is to be responsible for grants and program management activities related to the Kern Economic Development Foundation.
