Pattie Brubaker, Paul J. Kareiva and Kay Lovelace have joined Coldwell Banker Preferred, Realtors. Brubaker has Graduate Realtors Institute and Certified Distressed Property Expert designations. She is to work out of the agency’s Coffee Road office. Kareiva is a Realtor as well as a licensed general contractor, landscaper and certified home inspector who comes to the agency from the homebuilding and new construction industry, where he specialized in multifamily residences and new homes. He is to work out of the agency’s Westwind Drive office. Lovelace has a background in management and customer service. Co-owner of Lovelace Transportation, she earned a business administration degree at Golden State College. She is to work out of Coldwell Banker’s Westwind Drive office.
