DEBBIE BANDUCCI has won the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, which honors agents who have earned more than $3 million on commissions and have completed seven years of service with the company. Less than 1 percent of agents in the RE/MAX network achieved the award in 2011. Banducci has worked in the industry for more than 22 years and has extensive experience in bank-owned properties and short sales. She has won the entry to RE/MAX’s Platinum Club, 100% Club, Hall of Fame and Executive Club, and has won its Diamond Award. She supports the American Cancer Society, Helping Hands and the Kern County Gleaners.
