TIMOTHY L. SALAZAR has joined Schools Legal Service in Bakersfield as a staff attorney. Salazar, a UCLA graduate and certified mediator, focuses on labor, employment and collective bargaining issues for school and community college districts. He moved to Bakersfield from Torrance, where he worked in private practice.
