Quig's BBQ & Catering brisket is slowly cooked over a combination of woods to achieve a real smoked taste. After 16 hours of cooking, the brisket is tender, juicy and most importantly, delicious.
Thursday on "First Look with Scott Cox," Quig's owner, Scott Quigley, brought a variety of meats and side dishes for simulcast host Scott Cox to try.
"There is nothing else like this," Cox said as he took a bite of brisket.
Quigley said he does not sauce his meats because he doesn't like to cover up or mask the quality and taste of the meat.
