HAGOP T. BEDOYAN has accepted an equity partner position with Klein, DeNatale, Goldner, Cooper, Rosenlieb and Kimball LLP. The partner-in-charge of KDG’s Fresno office joined the firm as a partner in December 2008. He has practiced bankruptcy and business law in the Central Valley since 1987. Bedoyan graduated from the McGeorge School of Law and UCLA. His practice includes representation of debtors, creditors, trustees and creditors committees in bankruptcy and reorganization proceedings

RYAN D. BRIGHT has been named a partner at KDG. Bright has been with the firm since 2006, working in the areas of personal injury, products liability and wrongful death. He was admitted to the state Bar in 2006 after earning a law degree at California Western School of Law. Bright has served as a board member of A Life Interrupted since 2008.

DUSTIN S. DODGIN has been named a partner at KDG. Dodgin joined the firm in 2006, focusing on business litigation and business counseling. He earned a law degree at the University of San Diego, School of Law, where he was an editor and symposium coordinator for the San Diego Law Review. He worked as an extern in 2005 for Judge Barry Ted Moskowitz in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, and as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of California.

JAMES R. HARVEY has joined KDG as an associate attorney working in business litigation. Harvey graduated from the University of California Davis School of Law in 2010, and was admitted to the state Bar that same year. He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy at Cal State Bakersfield in 2007. Harvey had a law clerk position at KDG in summer 2009 while in school.

NANCY VILLARREAL has been admitted to the state Bar. An associate attorney in KDG’s transactional department, Villarreal earned a law degree at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in sociology at Stanford University. Villarreal is fluent in Spanish and is a student member of the Hispanic National Bar Association.

AIMEE N. KIRCHER has joined KDG’s HR Solutions team. Kircher is an associate attorney in the firm’s Fresno office working in the employment law department. She earned a law degree this year at John F. Kennedy University School of Law, where she was given the Witkins Award for Academic Excellence; Torts. She was admitted to the state Bar this year. Kircher also earned a bachelor’s degree in business at Sonoma State University. She has more than 18 years of human resource leadership and business operations experience.
